shown below.

It was seen at Park Mill, Royton, 8 August 1970.

Research suggests that Leyland Freighter D107TRN
spent quite some time as a Driver Training Vehicle,
and that its time here was relatively short
before it moved out to Earby.

Still going strong after 20 years, D107TRN was seen at the Fire Service College, 8 September 2007.
Presumably replacing D107TRN, was Leyland Freighter
K157SCK

This appliance received the latest livery whilst at Tarleton, before moving on to Colne, 10 June 2004.
DAF LF began its working life at Penwortham
in the Spring of 2006 following a period of use as a demonstrator.
The pictures above illustrate the livery variations
carried during that time.
